Covered porch dimensions and configuration can be discussed as part of the build.

Talk through siding and roof color choices along with the wood-clad front/porch look.

Window and door placement may be adjusted when it works with the structure and layout.
Cabinets & counters
Kitchen cabinetry, countertop arrangement and other interior finish details can be discussed.
